Can a 14 yr. old take gummy vitamins?

Just get the L'il Critters brand or the GummiVites. I'm 12 but I'll probably eat them for the rest of my life! They re gud. Pills r annoying, i kno. I'm 5'3 and 90 pounds, and they're fine. They-re hella gud tho, I dont kno y not. GummiVites or L'il Critters , remember. Oh, and some vitamins are bad to get too much of- like Niacin, which is in them. So don't take very much more then the suggested dose, even though they're for kids.
