If my mom dont hav kid can I?

My friend tell me that if my mom dont hav a kid I cant. My mom only hav 1 kid, this me. But if my mom hav no kids I cant but I need 4 kid, cuz I want dem. So plase help! Cuz i doesnt no if she was jocking! And she caled me duM! Why she did that!?
