What should i do with my hair?

i just got a perm and i asked my mom to cut my bangs. She cut them shorter than i wanted her to and i hate them! I even cried because they looked so bad and i wanted to wear my bangs for my upcoming vacation. They're too short and i look like the bride of frankenstein. What should i do with my hair now? please help thanks!
