What to do in London? 10 points ba?

Im going to london england this summer and i need ideas or suggestions of where is somewhere fun to go? like is the london eye worth going on? we'll also be going to oxford for a while. just an fyi. and im just in such a planning kerfuffle!....are there any dominic monaghan places/monuments/museums/tours???
