Do you think the new Juicy Juice Immunity could help fight off the HPV virus?

I have HPV low-moderate and the doctors claimed it can go away on its own, which i think is complete bullsh*t. So hoping that they're right, I bought the new Juicy Juice Immunity hoping that can help fight off the abnormal cells. Do you think it would work? It's supposed to boost your immune system.
