Brazilian wax.. when new growth begins..?

i had a brazilian wax a few weeks ago.. my first one ever .. i plucked the ones she missed... now its startin to grow back in a little.. she said to start to expoliate when it started coming back in.. my question is.. like.. at the top of the inside i got this pimple hard tiny knot.. i pit tea tree oil on it and it seemed to get smaller.. but then i get bored and i like tried to pop it... its only one and tiny.. is it an ingrown hair? or a hair pour thats just messed up? .. nothin came out of it.. so.. idk
