College tuition and suspension?

So I recently got suspended for a semester at college. I hadn't payed any tuition yet. It's due to be withdrawn from the bank on the 15th with the second installment the following month. Since I'm suspended, they technically won't let me drop my cles... and are saying I'll still have to pay for the cles, the housing, the food, all of it... even though I'm not gonna be there. I could just take all the money out of that bank account so they can't get any of it but I think they might try to hire a collections agency. What are some of my options? Only people who know what they're talking about, please respond. How easy is it to get away from collection agencies? I refuse to pay them for college that I'm not attending because of an unfair suspension.
