Light brown spotting...HELP!!!?

Im 7weeks 5 days. Seen a heartbeat at 7 weeks. Had morning sickness this morning then went on a tube on the back of a boat and came off. I took it easy the rest of the day come home we played around...didnt have but he did oral on me...sorry to much info....i woke up and now am spotting light brown. A gush of watery brown came out but not like blood more like brown water. I have had 6 miscarriages already and im petrified i have hurt my little on..HELP
