When will black people recover from the legacy of slavery and segregation?

Did you know that from ancient Greek times to the Middle ages all slaves in Europe were other whites? Did you know that the majority of Russians were slaves until Czar Alexander II freed them in the 1860s? Did you know about the Holocaust that killed half of all Jews? Did you know about Japanese interment camp and the discrimination the Chinese suffered when they came to America? My point is all these races have recovered. But with black people slavery has been over for 150 years and they have been equal under the law since the 60s--still American blacks haven't recovered. Haiti has been free from whites for 200 years and its barely a functioning state ( some would say its not). The Whites Left most of Africa 70 years ago and its the worst continent around. Why can't Blacks, unlike any other race, ever recover from persecution?
