My Dog is eating the house during the night....?

Sam is a 10 month old Lab mix. We had to start crating him when we leave the house as he eats the carpet, the drywall, the door frames. He is not alone. We have 2 other adult dogs for him to play with. And lots of toys. Now he is chewing the the door frame in the bedroom at night when we go to bed. He only does it AFTER we are asleep. He also randomly thinks it is a great idea to urinate in circles in the living room, covering as much carpet as possible. He does this while I am looking at him. Doesn't matter if he went potty 5 minutes ago or not, Can't raise my voice or discipline as he just pees even more. Yes he has been fixed and yes I limit his water intake and take him out potty every hour.... Please help me. He has cost over $1000 worth of damage already. Please help before I have to take him to the pound!
