Zelda Phantom Hourgl Help?? Temple of Ice?

Okay so right now I'm at the Temple Of Ice.. And right now I'm stuck!! So I got threw the 1st 2nd 3rd and I'm now back at the 1st, on the other side. But how do I defrost the icicles because they're blocking the pathway to get to the 4th floor I think which is causing me to get stressed. Please help me!
